Are visitors allowed?

Visitors are allowed within the property conditioned to follow basic rules (should you be inviting a visitor, the team must be notified with their IDs before hand).

Are couples allowed?

As per the Egyptian Law & Regulations: * Copies of valid IDs or passports of all registered guests must be sent before arrival to guarantee a seamless check-in experience. For Arab Nationals and Arabic passport holders only: * Couples require a copy of the official marriage certificate, family card for GCC citizens, or any official proof of marriage. "Orfi" or any unofficial document can not be accepted as per the Egyptian Law

Is early check-in and/or late check-out possible?

Both might be accepted depending on availability.

What facilities do you provide?

According to each property, different facilities are provided ranging from basic amenities (ex: in-unit kitchenette and wifi) to luxury facilities (ex: swimming pool and gym).

Do you offer airport transportation ?

Based on your needs, we can offer transportation from and to your unit, it being the airport or any other destination.
