Guest Registration & Identification • Mandatory ID Submission: All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport before check-in to comply with local regulations, and any guest should submit their ID before arrival • Marriage Documentation for Arab Nationals: Arab nationals or Arabic passport holders must present an official marriage certificate or family card (for GCC citizens). Unofficial documents, such as “Orfi” contracts, are not accepted under Egyptian law. ⸻ 🧾 Rental Agreement • Digital Contract Signing: A rental agreement must be signed digitally upon booking confirmation to formalize the reservation process. ⸻ 👥 Visitors No unregistered visitors are allowed on the property. Visits must be noted to Spacey's representatives 24h in advance with IDs submitted. Visitors of the opposite gender must be of 1st or 2nd degree, with the couples policy applying. ⸻ 🧹 Housekeeping Services • Complimentary Weekly Cleaning: For stays of 7 days or more, a free weekly housekeeping service is provided to maintain cleanliness and comfort. • On-Demand Cleaning: Additional cleaning services are available upon request between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM with an extra charge 10$. ⸻ 🚭 Smoking Policy • Restricted Smoking Areas: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Kindly note that check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you have not checked out by then, our team will knock on your door.
