Unofficial documents, such as “Orfi” contracts, are not accepted under Egyptian law. ⸻ 🧾 Rental Agreement • Digital Contract Signing: A rental agreement must be signed digitally upon booking confirmation to formalize the reservation process. ⸻ 👥 Visitors There are no unregistered visitors allowed within the property. Visits must be noted to Spacey's representatives 24h in advance with IDs submitted. Visitors of other gender must be of 1st or 2nd degree with couples policy applying. ⸻ 🧹 Housekeeping Services • Complimentary Weekly Cleaning: For stays of 7 days or more, a free weekly housekeeping service is provided to maintain cleanliness and comfort. • On-Demand Cleaning: Additional cleaning services are available upon request between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM with extra charge 10$. ⸻ 🚭 Smoking Policy • Restricted Smoking Areas: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas, such as balconies, if available. 🐾 Pet Policy • No Pets allow 👥 Parties Policy • Hosting parties is not allow ⸻ 🕒 Check-In and Check-Out Times • Standard Times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
