Comfortable and well-located apartment, but the broken elevator and noise seriously affected the experience. Positive: The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed, including air conditioning, a kitchen, and a TV. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Negative: The main issue was the elevator. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and the elevator was completely out of service during my entire stay. I was told at the entrance that it would be repaired the following day, but this never happened. As a result, I had to walk up and down five floors every time I wanted to leave the apartment, which significantly affected my stay and even made me avoid going out unnecessarily. The elevator itself also looked to be in very poor condition, so I am not confident this was only a temporary issue. In addition, the bedroom window did not close properly, which meant a lot of outside noise came into the room at night, including dogs barking for long periods. In the morning, there was also loud construction noise nearby.

Positive: Отличное расположение, сервисная служба всегда была на связи. Отличный вид на город. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов, магазинов и аптек. Номер соответствовал описанию, все что было необходимо для проживания было в наличии. Отдельно порадовала зона для работы, было очень удобно. Negative: Ранее не сообщалось, что уборка за 17 дней проводится бесплатно всего 2 раза, в последствии предусмотрена плата 10 $ за уборку. Это было неожиданное и не приятное открытие, потому что цена за апартаменты достаточно высокая.

شقه في الدور الخامس بدون مصعد Positive: لا شى ، Negative: للأسف التجربة كانت سيئة جدًا. الوحدة من الداخل جيدة ومرتبة كما هو موضح في الصور، ولا يوجد ملاحظات على الشقة نفسها. لكن المشكلة الكبيرة في العمارة والمدخل؛ المدخل سيئ جدًا، والمصعد غير شغال ومتهالك، واضطررنا للصعود والنزول إلى الدور الخامس بدون مصعد. السلم مظلم وغير نظيف، ويوجد به فضلات قطط، وغير مناسب نهائيًا لشقة تُعرض كوحدة فندقية. بشكل عام، وضع العمارة غير مقبول ويؤثر بشكل كبير على الإقامة، ولا أنصح بالتجربة إلا بعد معالجة هذه المشاكل جذريًا

Positive: I had a fantastic stay in this stylish and comfortable apartment. Great location, too, and the spacious balcony was an added bonus. Negative: Very little. Just some suggestions: It would be useful to have a teatowel, some water glasses and a small saucepan in the kitchen. Also, the lift was out of service during the whole week of my stay. This was not a problem for me, but it could be for someone less able to climb the stairs to the fifth floor.

Positive: L’emplacement est vraiment dans un quartier très calme et il y a un petit magasin juste à côté ouvert 24h/24h en plus d’un café très sympa. Le studio offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison.

Perfect choice if you are visiting Cairo Positive: Everything is as on the photos. Location is amazing, neighborhood is beautiful and clean. Near the accommodation is a plenty of great restaurants and shops. Overall perfect choice for Cairo and great value for money. Negative: I liked everything

The staff are professional, and the apartment was really clean and up to the standard. The only concern is the traffic noise during the night and the building in which the patterns are ancient!
