Ein Monat im Herzen von Maadi Positive: - sehr gute Lage in Maadi (Restaurants, Cafés und Shops in direkter Nähe) - sehr bequemes Bett - große Wohnung für 1-2 Personen - sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation Negative: - die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein - zu wenig Ablegefläche im Bad - man müsste die Balkontür und das Fenster reparieren - der Aufzug ist oft ausgefallen (100 Stufen bis zur Wohnung)

The place is very comfy ,quiet area ,everything is around us and easy to reach ,George the property manager was very helpful and supportive and so friendly.totally recommend

We had a great time staying in this apartment for 2 weeks! The place is actually more spacious than it appears in the photos. The quality of finishings and fittings was not perfect but more than acceptable and the place was modern, nicely decorated and great value for money. The bed was comfortable and there is air-conditioning in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom that worked flawlessly. The staff responded quickly via WhatsApp when we had any questions or problems. Overall our experience with Spacey was great and both the apartment and Maadi were fantastic! Couldn't recommend the apartment more.

Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Very quiet in the morning. Nice balcony. Apartment also had lots of sunlight.

Positive: 조리 기구, 세탁기, 인터넷 TV 등 각종 편의 시설이 구비되어 있었고, 위치가 양호해 카이로에 머물면서 여행 일정을 소화하는데 편해서 좋았고 집사람도 가성비가 매우 양호하다는 의견을 제시함 Negative: 엘리베이터가 낡아 불편했음

احببت الاقامه بهذه الشقة Positive: الشقة جميلة جداً والموقع ممتاز جداً ، كل ما احتجت مساعده بكلمهم وبردو علي حتى لو الوقت متأخر ، البواب متعاون وكل الخدمات قريبة Negative: المشكلة الوحيده الي واجهتني ان السرير كان غير مريح بالنسبه لي ، والوساده جداً مرتفعه .

The apartment was very spacious and nice, clean and modern. Lots of light and the view is pleasant. The area is nice, with restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets close by. However, the common parts of the building (entrance, stairwell, elevator) are rather off-putting. The front door can just be pushed open and it was not always clear to me that the security person was around. One of the windows in the apartment was broken and did not close well.

Beautiful suite in great location, frustrating check in and payment. Positive: The suite itself is very lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a nice location. They really need to improve in communication, logistics and payment, as I had frustrating issues with that. They told me 4 days prior that I could check in at 1:00 rather than 3:00, but when I arrived at 1 the unit had not been cleaned yet. I went to a cafe next door to wait, then they said it was ready at 3:00 so I returned only to find 3 cleaners still working in the suite. Finally at 3:30 they were finished, and then one of the staff asked for my cash payment. It was not clear in the listing that I needed to pay with cash. They ended up giving me a discount for the 2.5 hour late check in and I managed to get the cash for payment, but they need to make cash payment clear on their listing, and not promise early check in, then waste guest’s time not being ready. I wasted a lot of time during my stay chatting with them to iron out all these things. If they can improve these logistical details, the property will be great!
