Lovely apartment in great location Positive: Super warm and friendly by the security guard (Hussein) when I arrived at 10 pm. Cute, comfortable and clean studio in a great location. Negative: A balcony would have made it perfect!

The overall experience of this homestay was terrible. Positive: 没有满意的 Negative: First of all, its location is not as good as described. The street outside is very dirty and dusty, with a lot of traffic, and it’s extremely noisy at night—I couldn’t sleep at all. Second, it’s too close to other buildings, so there is no privacy whatsoever. What’s most frustrating is that hot water is very limited: there was no hot water left for the second person to take a shower. Besides, the air conditioner in the room does not have a heating function, only cold air. It was really unbearable during the cold weather in Cairo.

Amazing, comfy stay in Maadi – highly recommended Positive: We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Check out 77 by Spacey #19. The studio is beautiful, cozy, and very comfortable, and the location is easy to reach. The bed and mattress were incredibly comfortable and gave us great sleep. The bathrooms were spotless, and the place had everything we needed — all amenities were available, with great organization and a very relaxing room atmosphere. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome snacks in the room. The electrical appliances were excellent and in great condition. Check-in and check-out were smooth and very easy. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again. Negative: The only thing missing is a dedicated parking spot for the car.

safe, lovely, and welcoming place that truly feels like home. Positive: The room was absolutely beautiful and cozy – it truly felt like home. The security was excellent; no one is allowed to enter the building except residents. Even delivery people are not allowed in – the building guard receives the orders instead, which made me feel incredibly safe. The staff were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! George was amazing to us, and Uncle Wajih was super kind and helped us with everything. The building manager, Mr. Bishou, was extremely polite and respectful, and he always checked in to see if we needed anything. I’m really happy with my stay and I highly recommend this place to everyone! Negative: Nothing at all. Everything was perfect!
