Building 77 (#13) | Studio in Maadi

Positive: The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the studio was clean and very chic. You’ll find water in the fridge, soft drinks and chips to welcome you(which is kind and generous).mini market 50meters from the building, a hairdressing salon nearby, all what you need is very near to the building. A ride from the airport to the property was 300E£ (tip included) other rides were less than 200E£. If you want to reach the building via any app just write (our pet zone MAADI) and you will arrive exactly to the building-believe me that the most helpful tip you will need- They don’t collect money on the first day, which is a good and bad thing: some times you need to just pay in order to be able to manage your finances. Negative: The property charged us 15USD as cleaning fees but no cleaning staff were there to clean the studio on a daily basis. Not even toilet paper or toiletries were refilled.

أرجو تحسين الخدمات Positive: الموقع لايوجد به خدمات ولا يوفر كوفي او مطاعم قريبه لابد من السيارات توصيل كذلك ازعاج شديد بالحي ونظافه السرير جدا سيء كذلك تم استدعاء العمال لتنظيف ورفضوا إلا بدفع مبلغ ولم يتم توضيح مبلغ التنظيف من بدايه الايستجار كذلك يتم منع دخول الضيوف بالعماره من قبل الحارس ولايوجد أدوات تنظيف مساحه ومكنسه بالغرفه الرائحه سيئه جدا تظهر من الحمام في حال عدم الاستخدام ولايتوفر ماء حار للاستحمام كثير ينقطع ويظهر الماء البارد افضل شي إنهم لايتم الدفع بدايه الايجار بعد يومين يتواصلون معكم وتعطيهم كاش بالدولار او الجنيه Negative: عجبني المبلغ تم استلامه بعد يومين وهذا شي جدا جميل لشخص غريب في البلد
