Negative: ازعاج اصوت السيارات والجيران مزعجه أصوات مرتفعه في الصباح والمساء كذلك لايوجد عامل تنظيف بالعماره
الفرش يحتاج اهتمام اكثر في التنظيف وبعض المكيفات لا تعمل في الغرف معينه
