woud definitely recommend. Positive: This property was great for the price. I was surprised by the amenities and the lovely backyard. This place is located near a nice restaurant area where you can walk to as well. Definitely recommend Negative: minor remark: the elevator was broken when I arrived. Not a dealbreaker and I'm sure it got fixed. In any case, a kind security agent brought my luggage up so no big deal.

Stay in Maadi Positive: I liked the room. It had everything I needed. Great location. The staff were helpful. I liked the gym space and the pool. Negative: I think you need to be careful who you rent to. I do not think it is ideal for families as they are noisy etc...you can hear neighbours above and next to you that is not good. Also my room smelled of cigarette smoke and I do not smoke. Maybe don't allow smoking. Also tell families that the gym should be for workouts only and not bring small children in the gym area
